对TC11/TC17异种钛合金线性摩擦焊飞边和接头的组织进行了分析。研究结果表明,焊接飞边组织不是2种钛合金的混合组织而是由TC11钛合金、过渡区和TC17钛合金组成。而线性摩擦焊接头由TC11母材、TC11侧热力影响区、焊合区、TC17侧热力影响区、TC17母材组成,两侧热力影响区组织沿着飞边挤出方向被拉长,而两侧焊合均发生动态再结晶,并在焊合线处形成了共生晶粒。
對TC11/TC17異種鈦閤金線性摩抆銲飛邊和接頭的組織進行瞭分析。研究結果錶明,銲接飛邊組織不是2種鈦閤金的混閤組織而是由TC11鈦閤金、過渡區和TC17鈦閤金組成。而線性摩抆銲接頭由TC11母材、TC11側熱力影響區、銲閤區、TC17側熱力影響區、TC17母材組成,兩側熱力影響區組織沿著飛邊擠齣方嚮被拉長,而兩側銲閤均髮生動態再結晶,併在銲閤線處形成瞭共生晶粒。

[ABSTRACT] TC11 and TC17 titanium are usually used in the aero-engine blisk. TC11 and TC17 are con-nected by LFW, and the microstructure of its welding lfash and joint is investigated in the paper. The results show that the lfash is composed of TC11, intermixture of TC11 and TC17, TC17 rather than is only mixed by TC11 and TC17. The joint is divided into TC11 base metal, TC11 thermal mechanical affected zone (TMAZ), welding zone, TC17 TMAZ and TC17 base metal. The phases and grain in the TMAZ are elongated along the direction of friction. Dy-namic recrystallization happens in the welding zone and common grains are formed in the interface.
