以植物源抗病毒剂VFB 为基础,经配方改造和工艺改进,优化出了植物源抗病毒剂VFB-1。为探究VFB-1对烟草花叶病的防治作用,本研究采用半叶枯斑法测定了VFB-1对TMV 的体外钝化、初侵染和复制增殖抑制活性;采用盆栽法和田间小区试验评价了VFB-1对烟草花叶病毒病的预防及治疗效果。结果表明,VFB-1对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)具有明显的体外钝化作用,钝化30min 后,抑制率达82.77%;对TMV 的初侵染和复制增殖具有较好的抑制作用,24 h 的抑制率分别达到69.80%和54.07%?盆栽药效试验中,VFB-1100倍稀释液的预防效果为70.23%,治疗效果为35.70%;田间药效试验表明,VFB-1对烟草花叶病毒病有较好的预防和治疗作用,其200倍稀释液药后21d 的预防效果仍为40%以上,400倍液的预防效果明显高于VFB,且与病毒A(20%吗啉胍?乙铜WP)相当;其200倍液14d 的治疗效果显著高于VFB(200倍稀释液)和病毒A(400倍稀释液)处理。可见,植物源抗病毒剂VFB-1对TMV 具有良好的预防和治疗效果,开发前景良好?

Effect of VFB-I on tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) was evaluated with anti-TMV activities tested in vitro by local lesion. Protection and treatment efficiencies of VFB-I on TMV were evaluated by pot experiment and field plot trials. Results showed that VFB displayed significant inactivation on TMV with inhibition rate of 82.75% after mixing VFB with TMV for 0.5 h. Infection and replication of TMV to Nicotiana glutinosa were also inhibited by VFB-I, with inhibition rate of 69.80% and 54.06%, respectively. Pot experiment showed that protection efficiency of VFB-Ⅰagainst TMV disease was 70.24% and remedial efficiency was 35.71% by spraying with VFB-Ⅰ diluent of 1:100. In field trials, protection efficiency of VFB-Ⅰdiluent of 1:400 on TMV disease was higher than that of VFB, but equivalent to that of 20% moroxydine+cupric acetate WP at the same concentration. The remedial effect of VFB-Ⅰ(diluent of 1:200) was much stronger than that of 20% moroxydine+cupric acetate WP (diluents of 1:400) and VFB (diluents of 1:200). VFB-Ⅰ showed higher anti-TMV activity indicating that it is effective in controlling TMV disease.
