随着地区城镇化规模的扩大和人口的增加，西藏将会面临越来越严重的土地利用问题，土地利用与可持续发展问题日益受到重视。为正确了解拉萨河谷平原地区的土地利用类型、现状及可持续发展等问题，文章分析了该地区土地利用的现状及存在的问题，并给出了合理利用土地资源的可持续发展对策。

In the recent years, human impact on the land have becoming more and more obvious with the rapid development of social economy and urbanization in Tibet. the issue of land use and its sustainable development attract more and more attention. The present paper provides countermeasures for rational utilization and sustain?able development of the land resources based on the current situation of land utilization and existing problems, in order to understanding the types of land use, current situation and its sustainable development of the flatland in Lhasa Valley.
