建立了SPE净化-连续流动分析法测定卷烟滤嘴中HCN截留量的方法。方法具有良好的线性(线性相关系数为0.9999),检出限为0.116μg/支,RSD为1.68%(n=6),加标回收率为97.7%~105%。研究表明,该方法简便、快速、准确。

A method for the determination of hydrogen cyanide retained by cigarette filters was established through continuous flow analysis. The method had good linearity (with correlation coefficient of 0.9999) and the limit of detection was 0.116μg/cig. The recoveries were in the range of 97.7% to 105% with RSD of 1.68%(n=6). Results indicated that the method was simple, rapid and accurate, and was suitable for determining hydrogen cyanide retention by tobacco filters.
