[目的]探析方剑乔老师针灸治疗肩凝症的临床经验。[方法]通过跟师临诊,整理以往临床病例资料,总结方老师针灸治疗肩凝症的学术思想和临床经验,并附验案举隅。[结果]方老师认为肩凝症治疗选穴上应强调“辨经选穴,远近配伍”,针刺手法上要突出“分期施治,注重手法”,提出“基于病症,优选疗法”的基本原则,同时推崇经皮穴位电刺激作为替代疗法。所举验案,疗效确切。[结论]方老师针灸治疗肩凝症经验独到,值得深入学习与推广。
[目的]探析方劍喬老師針灸治療肩凝癥的臨床經驗。[方法]通過跟師臨診,整理以往臨床病例資料,總結方老師針灸治療肩凝癥的學術思想和臨床經驗,併附驗案舉隅。[結果]方老師認為肩凝癥治療選穴上應彊調“辨經選穴,遠近配伍”,針刺手法上要突齣“分期施治,註重手法”,提齣“基于病癥,優選療法”的基本原則,同時推崇經皮穴位電刺激作為替代療法。所舉驗案,療效確切。[結論]方老師針灸治療肩凝癥經驗獨到,值得深入學習與推廣。
[목적]탐석방검교로사침구치료견응증적림상경험。[방법]통과근사림진,정리이왕림상병례자료,총결방로사침구치료견응증적학술사상화림상경험,병부험안거우。[결과]방로사인위견응증치료선혈상응강조“변경선혈,원근배오”,침자수법상요돌출“분기시치,주중수법”,제출“기우병증,우선요법”적기본원칙,동시추숭경피혈위전자격작위체대요법。소거험안,료효학절。[결론]방로사침구치료견응증경험독도,치득심입학습여추엄。
Objective] To explore teacher Fang Jianqiao’s clinical experience in treating frozen shoulder by acupuncture and moxibustion. [Method] By following teacher Fang’s clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as organizing previous clinical cases, to sum up teacher Fang ’s academic thoughts and clinical experience on frozen shoulder treated by acupuncture and moxibustion, and with proven cases. [Result] Teacher Fang emphasizes that acupoint-selection shall be based on symptom differentiation and combined application of both local and distal points, pay attentions to the acupucture manipulations in accordance with the courses-dependent differentiation, put forward that the basic principle of therapeutics-selection according to different symptoms of frozen shoulder. Moreover, transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation has been recommended strongly as an alternative therapy. [Conclusion] Teacher Fang has unique clinical experience on frozen shoulder which is worthy our deep study and popularization.
