Luodui Dorje particles%corydalis pallida%xanthine oxidase
目的:研究罗堆多吉颗粒及其化学成分对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的影响。方法:制备罗堆多吉颗粒的甲醇提取物和陆额的甲醇、丙酮以及水提取物,用缓冲液稀释成不同的浓度,再以荔枝草为阳性对照药,采用紫外分光光度法测定各提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性的影响。结果:罗堆多吉颗粒甲醇提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶活性有显著抑制作用,高于阳性药,并呈现较好的量效关系;陆额的丙酮、甲醇及水提取物均对黄嘌呤氧化酶有明显抑制作用,水提取物作用最强,且量效关系较好。结论:罗堆多吉颗粒及陆额提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶均具有明显抑制作用。
目的:研究囉堆多吉顆粒及其化學成分對黃嘌呤氧化酶活性的影響。方法:製備囉堆多吉顆粒的甲醇提取物和陸額的甲醇、丙酮以及水提取物,用緩遲液稀釋成不同的濃度,再以荔枝草為暘性對照藥,採用紫外分光光度法測定各提取物對黃嘌呤氧化酶活性的影響。結果:囉堆多吉顆粒甲醇提取物對黃嘌呤氧化酶活性有顯著抑製作用,高于暘性藥,併呈現較好的量效關繫;陸額的丙酮、甲醇及水提取物均對黃嘌呤氧化酶有明顯抑製作用,水提取物作用最彊,且量效關繫較好。結論:囉堆多吉顆粒及陸額提取物對黃嘌呤氧化酶均具有明顯抑製作用。
목적:연구라퇴다길과립급기화학성분대황표령양화매활성적영향。방법:제비라퇴다길과립적갑순제취물화륙액적갑순、병동이급수제취물,용완충액희석성불동적농도,재이려지초위양성대조약,채용자외분광광도법측정각제취물대황표령양화매활성적영향。결과:라퇴다길과립갑순제취물대황표령양화매활성유현저억제작용,고우양성약,병정현교호적량효관계;륙액적병동、갑순급수제취물균대황표령양화매유명현억제작용,수제취물작용최강,차량효관계교호。결론:라퇴다길과립급륙액제취물대황표령양화매균구유명현억제작용。
The impact of Luodui Dorje particles and its constituents Corydalis pallida on activity of xanthine oxi?dase was studied with methanol extracted particles of Luodui Dorje and methanol, acetone and water extracted corydalis pallid by using UV spectrophotometry and Saluia plebeia R. Br. taking as a positive control. The results showed that methanol extracted particles of Luodui Dorje depressed the activity of xanthine oxidase and showing a good dose-effect relationship;the acetone, methanol and water extracted Corydalis pallida also depressed the activity of xanthine oxidase, of which the water extracted Corydalis pallida has the strongest effect on activity of xanthine oxidase with a good dose-effect relationship. In conclusion, the particles of Luodui Dorje and Corydalis pallida have obvious inhibition effect on the xanthine oxidase activity.
