介绍了多电飞机环控系统的功能和原理,研究了高速电机驱动的空气循环制冷技术,并设计出由高速电机驱动的闭环式空气循环系统。以B787为例建模,选择永磁同步电机驱动压气机,采用电压空间矢量PWM方式控制电机系统。利用Simplorer、Maxwell与MATLAB软件对闭环系统进行建模仿真,验证了模型具有良好的稳态和动态性能,以及高速电机用于循环制冷的合理性。

This article described the functions and principles of Environmental Control System of More E-lectric Aircraft,did researches on the technology of Air Cycle Refrigeration System drived by High Speed Motor and designed closed-loop air circulation system drived by High Speed Motor .It builded a model according to the example of B 787 ,selected the permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive compressor and controlled the motor system using Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation .Finally,the paper simulated the closed-loop system with Ansoft Simplorer ,Maxwell and MATLAB.It verified the desirable perform-ance in static and dynamic condition of this model as well as the rationality of High Speed Motor for Air Cycle Refrigeration System .
