[目的]观察口服强骨饮联合超声药物透入理疗绝经后骨质疏松性腰背痛临床疗效。[方法]将64例绝经后有腰背痛的骨质疏松症（osteoporosis, OP）妇女随机分为口服强骨饮联合超声药物透入的治疗组和单纯超声药物透入的对照组，治疗时间为2周,分别于治疗前、治疗1周、2周、3月后问卷调查患者视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale,VAS）、生活质量评分（medical outcomes study,SF-36），并在3个月后复查两组骨密度（bone mineral den－sity,BMD），对数据进行统计分析。[结果]治疗1周后治疗组VAS值低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05），SF-36值略高于对照组，无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗2周后两组VAS值均有降低且治疗组VAS值低于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)，SF-36值均有升高且治疗组高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗3月后，经自身对照，两组相较2周时均有VAS值升高、SF-36值降低，但治疗组无显著改变（P>0.05），而对照组有显著改变（P<0.05）。治疗3月后治疗组BMD值与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。[结论]口服强骨饮联合超声药物透入理疗在短期内能减轻患者腰背疼痛，改善生活质量，作用持久，是改善绝经后OP妇女腰背痛临床症状的一种有效治疗手段，但短期内不能显著提高BMD。
[목적]관찰구복강골음연합초성약물투입리료절경후골질소송성요배통림상료효。[방법]장64례절경후유요배통적골질소송증（osteoporosis, OP）부녀수궤분위구복강골음연합초성약물투입적치료조화단순초성약물투입적대조조，치료시간위2주,분별우치료전、치료1주、2주、3월후문권조사환자시각모의평분（visual analogue scale,VAS）、생활질량평분（medical outcomes study,SF-36），병재3개월후복사량조골밀도（bone mineral den－sity,BMD），대수거진행통계분석。[결과]치료1주후치료조VAS치저우대조조，유통계학의의（P<0.05），SF-36치략고우대조조，무통계학의의(P>0.05)；치료2주후량조VAS치균유강저차치료조VAS치저우대조조，유통계학의의(P<0.05)，SF-36치균유승고차치료조고우대조조，유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료3월후，경자신대조，량조상교2주시균유VAS치승고、SF-36치강저，단치료조무현저개변（P>0.05），이대조조유현저개변（P<0.05）。치료3월후치료조BMD치여대조조상비，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。[결론]구복강골음연합초성약물투입리료재단기내능감경환자요배동통，개선생활질량，작용지구，시개선절경후OP부녀요배통림상증상적일충유효치료수단，단단기내불능현저제고BMD。
Objective] To observe the oral QiangGuYin joint penetration ultrasonic drug in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis clinical curative effect of low back pain. [Methods] 64 women with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into oral QiangGuYin joint ultrasonic drugs named treatment group, and pure ultrasonic penetration named control group; Treatment time was 2 cycles, and by questionnaire survey, collect patient pain score VAS and quality of life scores SF-36, respectively before and after treatment 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 months; moreover after three months review of two groups bone mineral density BMD, then make statistical analysis of the results. [Results] After 1 week, treatment group VAS value was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);SF-36 value was slightly higher than the control group, with no statistical significance(P>0.05);After 2 weeks the treatment groups of VAS values were lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);SF-36 value increase and the treatment group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05); After 3 months, by self-reflection the two groups had VAS values rise and SF-36 value reduced compared with 2 weeks; the treatment group had no significant change(P<0.05), while the control group had significant changes(P<0.05). After 3 months, compared with the control group, treatment group BMD value had no obvious change, with no statistically significant difference( P>0.05).[Conclusion] In the short term, the oral QiangGuYin joint drug penetration by ultrasound therapy can reduce low back pain and improve quality of life, even last for some time, but not significantly increase bone mineral density(BMD), which is an effective treatment to relieve low back pain symptoms for postmenopausal OP women.
