目的：通过对针刺提插补泻手法进行量化，观察用此手法针刺“足三里”穴对血虚证家兔血清铁蛋白（ SF）和总铁结合力（ TIBC）的影响，探讨提插补泻手法的刺激量与补泻效应的关系。方法：将60只家兔随机分成6组：空白组、模型组、针刺小刺激量组C、D组、针刺大刺激量组E、F组，每组10只。采用放血加限食法制造血虚证模型。针刺各组每次治疗15 min，隔天治疗1次，共计10次。采用放射免疫法检测SF及TIBC。结果：SF值：与模型组比较，针刺处理结束后第2天， C、D组的SF值明显增高（P＜0．05）；针刺处理第3次和针刺处理结束后第12天，F组的SF值明显降低（P＜0．05）。与C组比较，针刺处理第3次和针刺处理结束后第12天，E、F组的SF值较低（ P＜0．05）；针刺处理结束后第2天，F组的SF值明显偏低（ P＜0．05）。与D组比较：针刺处理第3次，针刺处理结束后第2天、第12天， F组的SF值偏低（ P＜0．05）。 TIBC值：与模型组比较，针刺处理结束后第12天，D、E组的TIBC值明显降低（P＜0．05）；在各时间点，C、D、E、F之间的TIBC值均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：①对血虚证家兔的血清铁蛋白的影响方面，以提插幅度、频率、时间决定的小刺激量组和大刺激量组之间具有不同效应，小刺激量组恢复速度较快。②针刺提插补泻法的刺激量大小与补泻效应有一定相关性，提插幅度小、频率低、操作时间短的小刺激量手法呈现补法效应；提插幅度大、频率高、操作时间长的大刺激量手法呈现泻法效应。

Objective:By means of quantifying the lifting-thrusting and reinforcing-reducing manipulations of acupuncture,to observe the influence on serum ferritin ( SF) content and total iron binding capacity ( TIBC) in blood-deficiency syndrome rabbits in order to study its underlying mechanisms.Methods:Sixty rabbits were randomly and evenly assigned into six groups:a blank group,a model group and four treatment groups,with 10 rabbits in each group.The blood-deficiency models in all groups were established by drawing blood and re-stricting diet except the blank group.Treatment was given once every other day, 10 times altogether.Serum SF and TIBC levels were assayed by radioimmunoassay.Results:SF index: After 3 times of treatment and on the 12th day after the treatment, group F was down-regulated evidently.Compared with group C, after 3 times of treatment on the 12 th day after the treatment, group E and F had a significant difference;after 10 times of acu-puncture treatment, group F had a significant difference.Compared with group D, group F had a significant difference except after 7 times of treatment.TIBC index:Compared with model group, 12 days after the treat-ment, TIBC levels in group D and E were decreased significantly.Conclusion:①Using large and small amount of stimulus of acupuncture lifting-thrusting and reinforcing-reducing method for treating blood-deficiency rabbits has different effects.Using small amount of stimulation recovers faster than others.②Lifting and thrust-ing parameters which determine the amount of stimulation of acupuncture lifting-thrusting method are correla-tive to the reinforcing-reducing effect.
