目的:探讨电针对小鼠创伤修复的促进作用以及对皮肤组织内皮型一氧化氮合酶eNOS表达的影响。方法:60只C57/BL6小鼠分为两组:模型对照组和电针治疗组,每组分为1天、3天、7天、10天、14天5个时间点( n=6),求积仪测量创伤愈合率,以免疫组化法和Real-time PCR法检测每组各时间点eNOS蛋白和eNOS mRNA表达。结果:电针治疗组各时间点eNOS蛋白及mRNA较模型对照组明显增加(P<0.05),创面愈合率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:电针可以促进小鼠皮肤创伤的修复,其机制可能与电针上调内皮型一氧化氮合酶eNOS的表达有关。

목적:탐토전침대소서창상수복적촉진작용이급대피부조직내피형일양화담합매eNOS표체적영향。방법:60지C57/BL6소서분위량조:모형대조조화전침치료조,매조분위1천、3천、7천、10천、14천5개시간점( n=6),구적의측량창상유합솔,이면역조화법화Real-time PCR법검측매조각시간점eNOS단백화eNOS mRNA표체。결과:전침치료조각시간점eNOS단백급mRNA교모형대조조명현증가(P<0.05),창면유합솔명현제고(P<0.05)。결론:전침가이촉진소서피부창상적수복,기궤제가능여전침상조내피형일양화담합매eNOS적표체유관。
Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture treatment on wound-healing mice and expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase( eNOS) in skin tissues.Methods:60 C57/BL6 mice were divided into two groups:a model control group and an electro-acupuncture treatment group.Each group was subdivi-ded into five time points:1 d,3 d,7 d,10 d,14 d(n=6).All mice were given skin excision injury model pro-cessing,and the electroacupuncture was used in the treatment group.Planimeter was used to measure the size of wounds.IHC and Real-time PCR were used to evaluate the expression of eNOS protein and mRNA.Results:The expressions of eNOS protein and mRNA in the electroacupuncture treatment group at each time point were increased significantly compared with those in the model control group (P<0.05).The rate of wound healing was increased in the electro-acupuncture treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture pro-motes skin wound-healing.And its mechanism may be to increase expression of endothelial nitric oxide syn-thase ( eNOS) caused by electro-acupuncture treatment.
