目的:探讨艾滋病或艾滋病毒感染者家庭儿童的心理健康状况。方法将艾滋病或艾滋病毒感染者家庭的87名儿童设为研究组,同期抽取普通家庭的87名儿童设为对照组,分别采用艾森克个性问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及自尊量表进行测评分析。结果研究组艾森克个性问卷的内‐外倾维度分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),神经质、掩饰维度分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),自尊量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论艾滋病或艾滋病毒感染者家庭的儿童存在个性缺陷,自尊水平较低,焦虑抑郁情绪显著,心理健康状况较差,全社会应针对这一特殊群体积极开展健康教育及心理干预,以提高其心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the mental health status in children of AIDS/HIV+ families .Methods Assessments were carried out with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) ,Self‐rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self‐rating Depression Scale(SDS) and the Self‐esteem Scale (SES) in 87 children of AIDS/HIV+ families (research group) and 87 ones of common families (control group) .Results E score of the EPQ was significantly lower (P<0 .01) and N and L were significantly higher (P<0 .01) in research than in control group ;the SAS and SDS score were significantly higher (P<0 .01) and the SES was lower (P< 0 .01) in research than in control group .Conclusion Children from AIDS/HIV+ families have personality defect ,lower self‐esteem level ,notable anxiety‐depression emotion and poor mental health status ,active and health education and mental intervention should purposefully be given to them in order to improve their mental health levels .
