目的：探讨引导性心理治疗对精神分裂症患者自知力及治疗依从性的影响。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组30例。两组均口服利培酮治疗，研究组联合自知力引导性心理治疗，对照组予以一般支持治疗，观察12周。于治疗前后采用自知力及治疗态度问卷评定自知力及治疗态度，并统计治疗依从率。结果治疗3周末起两组自知力及治疗态度问卷总分均较干预前显著升高（P＜0．01），研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。治疗3周、6周、12周末研究组治疗依从率分别为83．3％、86．7％、90．0％，对照组分别为46．7％、56．7％、63．3％，治疗各时点研究组治疗依从率显著高于对照组（χ2＝8．86、6．65、7．62，P＜0．01）。结论自知力引导性心理治疗可显著提高精神分裂症患者的自知力，改善治疗依从性。
목적：탐토인도성심리치료대정신분렬증환자자지력급치료의종성적영향。방법장60례정신분렬증환자수궤분위량조，매조30례。량조균구복리배동치료，연구조연합자지력인도성심리치료，대조조여이일반지지치료，관찰12주。우치료전후채용자지력급치료태도문권평정자지력급치료태도，병통계치료의종솔。결과치료3주말기량조자지력급치료태도문권총분균교간예전현저승고（P＜0．01），연구조현저고우대조조（P＜0．01）。치료3주、6주、12주말연구조치료의종솔분별위83．3％、86．7％、90．0％，대조조분별위46．7％、56．7％、63．3％，치료각시점연구조치료의종솔현저고우대조조（χ2＝8．86、6．65、7．62，P＜0．01）。결론자지력인도성심리치료가현저제고정신분렬증환자적자지력，개선치료의종성。
Objective To explore the effect of insight‐oriented psychotherapy on insight and treatment compliance of schizophrenia patients .Methods Sixty schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 30 ones each ,both groups took orally risperidone ,research group was plus in‐sight‐oriented psychotherapy and control group plus general supporting therapy for 12 weeks .Before and after treatment insights and treatment attitudes were assessed with the Insight and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaire (ITAQ) and compliance rates counted .Results Since the end of the 3rd week the total scores of the ITAQ of both groups heightened more significantly compared with preintervention (P<0 .01) ,so did those in research than in control group (P<0 .01) .Compliance rates were 83 .3% at the end of the 3rd week ,86 .7% at 6th and 90 .0% at 12th in research and 46 .7% ,56 .7% and 63 .3% in control group ,the former were significantly higher than the latter (χ2 =8 .86 ,6 .65 ,7 .62;P<0 .01) .Conclusion Insight‐oriented psychotherapy could notably improve insight and treatment compliance of schizophrenia patients .
