目的：探讨青少年强迫症患者生活质量与家庭环境的相关性。方法对48例青少年强迫症患者（强迫症组）和50名健康中学生（对照组）采用儿少主观生活质量问卷及家庭环境量表进行测评分析。结果强迫症组儿少主观生活质量问卷评分和家庭环境量表的6个分量表评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0．05或0．01），矛盾性分量表分显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）；儿少主观生活质量问卷总分及家庭生活、生活环境、自我认知、抑郁体验、焦虑体验、躯体情感6维度分与家庭环境量表的亲密度、情感表达、知识性、娱乐性、组织性5个分量表分呈显著正相关（ P＜0．05或0．01），与矛盾性分量表分呈显著负相关（ P＜0．05或0．01）。结论青少年强迫症患者生活质量明显低于正常人群，家庭环境较差，患者的生活质量与家庭环境关系密切。

Objective To explore the correlation between quality of life and family environment among teenagers with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) .Methods Assessments were conducted with the In‐ventory of Subjective Quality of Life Questionnaire (ISLQ) and Family Environment Scale‐Chinese version (FES‐CV) in 48 OCD teenagers (OCD group) and 50 healthy middle school students .Results The ISLQ score and 6 subscale scores of the FES‐CV were significantly lower ( P<0 .05 or 0 .01) and contradiction higher (P<0 .01) in OCD than in control group ;the total and such 6 dimension scores of the ISLQ as fam‐ily life ,living environment ,self‐cognition ,depressive experience ,anxious experience and body emotion were positively related to such 5 subscale scores of the FES‐CV as intimacy ,emotion expression ,knowl‐edge ,amusement ,organization notably (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) and negatively to contradiction (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion OCD teenagers have obviously lower quality of life and worse family environment compared with normal population ,patients’ qualities of life are closely related to family environment .
