通过对宝鸡南站 B 区大跨度预应力混凝土框架梁在施工过程中的实时监测,得到了预应力筋的伸长量、梁体的反拱值以及梁体控制截面的应力分布状态等结果。将理论计算值与现场实测值对比分析,既可以对施工过程实行有效监测,也可以检验梁中建立的有效预压力是否达到设计要求,对于保证结构质量与安全具有重要意义。

Through the real-time monitoring of large-span pre-stressed concrete frame beam of Baoji South Station Area B in the construction process,the results were obtained such as the elongation of pre-stressed tendons,anti-arch value of the beam and stress distribution state of the beam control section.The theoretical calculation value and site real-time monitoring value are compared and analyzed,so that not only can we monitor the construction process effectively,but also can examine whether the effective pre-pressure meets the design requirements,and it is of great significance to guarantee the quality and safety of the structure.
