目的：探讨手工与车缝技能训练对慢性精神分裂症住院患者康复的影响。方法将60例慢性精神分裂症住院患者随机分为两组，每组30例，两组均维持原用抗精神病药物治疗、日常生活技能训练及常规健康教育等，在此基础上研究组予以手工技能训练，对照组予以车缝技能训练，观察6个月。训练前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表及住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表评定临床效果。结果训练6个月后，两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及阴性症状因子分均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．05或0．01），研究组较对照组下降更显著（P＜0．01）；住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著下降（ P＜0．05或0．01），研究组关心和兴趣因子分较对照组下降更显著（P＜0．01）。结论手工与车缝技能训练均能提高慢性精神分裂症住院患者的康复效果，但手工技能训练在改善患者的精神面貌、阴性症状、对外界事物的关心和兴趣等方面优于车缝技能训练，值得大力推广。
목적：탐토수공여차봉기능훈련대만성정신분렬증주원환자강복적영향。방법장60례만성정신분렬증주원환자수궤분위량조，매조30례，량조균유지원용항정신병약물치료、일상생활기능훈련급상규건강교육등，재차기출상연구조여이수공기능훈련，대조조여이차봉기능훈련，관찰6개월。훈련전후채용양성여음성증상량표급주원정신병환자강복료효평정량표평정림상효과。결과훈련6개월후，량조양성여음성증상량표총분급음성증상인자분균교치료전현저하강（P＜0．05혹0．01），연구조교대조조하강경현저（P＜0．01）；주원정신병환자강복료효평정량표총분급각인자분균교치료전현저하강（ P＜0．05혹0．01），연구조관심화흥취인자분교대조조하강경현저（P＜0．01）。결론수공여차봉기능훈련균능제고만성정신분렬증주원환자적강복효과，단수공기능훈련재개선환자적정신면모、음성증상、대외계사물적관심화흥취등방면우우차봉기능훈련，치득대력추엄。
Objective To explore the influences of manual and sewing skill training on the rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia inpatients .Methods Sixty chronic schizophrenia inpatients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 ones each ,both groups maintained original antipsychotics treatment ,daily life skill training and routine health education and so on ,on this basis research group was plus manual skill training and control group sewing skill training for 6 months .Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Nega‐tive Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale (IPROS) before and after training .Results After 6 month training the total and negative symptoms scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,so did those in research than in control group (P< 0 .01);the total and each factor scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,so did concern and interest score in research than in con‐trol group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Both manual and sewing skill training can improve the rehabilitation outcome of chronic schizophrenia inpatients ,but manual skill training has an advantage over sewing in im‐proving patients’ mental outlook ,negative symptoms ,concern and interest to external object ,and is wor‐thy of vigorous popularization .
