以兰新铁路电气化工程三十里风区接触网工程为研究对象,基于强风地区恶劣气象条件对电气化铁路接触网关键受力零部件的苛刻要求,对强风环境下大张力接触网承力索锥套式终端锚固线夹的施工安装工艺和质量影响因素进行了研究分析,并结合现场具体施工实践,从原材料、组织管理、施工工艺等几个方面系统地总结了施工质量控制要点。

Taking the Sanshili wind zone OCS in the Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway electrification project as an example,con-sidering the stringent requirements of OCS critical stress parts for electrified railway in strong wind area,this paper studies and analyses the installation technology and quality factors of cone-type terminal anchor clamp of high tension catenary wire in actual construction situation for strong wind environment,and systematically summaries the main quality control points from raw material,organization management,construction technology etc.
