天津滨海新区中央大道海河隧道工程,沉管隧道短管节在干坞内进行拉合。该沉管管段处于半径 R =1500 m平曲线上,拉合的管节重达1700 t,管节在推移、拉合的过程中,极易发生偏移与倾斜现象。因此在施工中,通过采取合理布置拉合千斤顶、减小底钢板摩擦阻力、控制管节移动过程轴线、控制 Gina 止水带压缩量等措施,确保了管段拉合质量和安全。
天津濱海新區中央大道海河隧道工程,沉管隧道短管節在榦塢內進行拉閤。該沉管管段處于半徑 R =1500 m平麯線上,拉閤的管節重達1700 t,管節在推移、拉閤的過程中,極易髮生偏移與傾斜現象。因此在施工中,通過採取閤理佈置拉閤韆斤頂、減小底鋼闆摩抆阻力、控製管節移動過程軸線、控製 Gina 止水帶壓縮量等措施,確保瞭管段拉閤質量和安全。
천진빈해신구중앙대도해하수도공정,침관수도단관절재간오내진행랍합。해침관관단처우반경 R =1500 m평곡선상,랍합적관절중체1700 t,관절재추이、랍합적과정중,겁역발생편이여경사현상。인차재시공중,통과채취합리포치랍합천근정、감소저강판마찰조력、공제관절이동과정축선、공제 Gina 지수대압축량등조시,학보료관단랍합질량화안전。
Based on Haihe River tunnel project in Tianjin Binhai new area under the central avenue,short pipes of sinking pipes tunnel jointed within the dry dock.The deviation and incline were occurred easily during the process of pulling togeth-er under the circumstances of the pipe section in plane curve with radius R =1 500 m,and the weight of pipe section is up to 1 700 t.Therefore,some countermeasures were adopted,such as reasonably setting the jacks,reducing the bottom plate frictional resistance,controlling pipes axis movement,compressing Gina water-stop volume and so on,so as to ensure the quality and safety of the section drawing.
