青洋大桥为脊背大悬臂梁,为解决在软土地基上现浇大跨度箱梁产生不均匀沉降使梁体开裂问题,对其防裂施工技术进行了研究。通过采取“控”与“拱”相结合的预防措施,以及地基加固、支架变形的控制方法、支架预拱度的计算设置等一系列措施,成功预防了该桥梁体因软基下沉而可能出现的裂缝。

Qingyang Bridge is a rib structure large cantilever bridge.In order to solve the crack of large span box girder cast-in-place on uneven settlement,crack prevention construction technology is studied in this paper.The preventive meas-ures of “control”combined with “arch”,strengthening foundation,method of the support deformation control,calculating and setting camber are taken.The possible crack of girder caused by soft foundation settlement is prevented successfully.
