为了研究煤直接液化残渣( direct coal liquefaction residue, DCLR)与沥青共混改性后的宏观性能和微观结构,以SK-90沥青为基质沥青,分别加入不同掺量(与基质沥青质量比为5%、10%、15%和20%)的DCLR,利用SHRP PG、针入度分级体系、红外光谱仪和凝胶色谱仪分析DCLR与沥青共混改性后宏观性能和微观结构的变化规律。试验结果表明:DCLR的加入可以改善沥青的高温性能,但对沥青低温性能和疲劳性能有一定的不利影响。同时,从DCLR共混改性沥青的官能团和相对分子质量分布的变化可以判断DCLR对沥青的共混改性主要为物理改性。

To analyze properties and micro-structure of DCLR( direct coal liquefaction residue) blending modified asphalt, different DCLR blending modified asphalts were prepared. The base asphalt was SK-90 and the DCLR content was 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% by mass of base asphalt. The properties and micro-structures of DCLR blending modified asphalts were tested by SHRP PG, penetration system, infrared spectrometer and gel permeation chromatograph. The results indicate that the high-temperature properties of DCLR blending modified asphalts are improved, but the low-temperature and fatigue resistance of DCLR blending modified asphalts decline. Meanwhile, the DCLR modifications are mostly physical modifications based on the change of molecular weight distribution and functional group of the DCLR blending modified asphalts.
