To improve the service ability of the electric power supply, State Grid Zhejiang Electric power Company implemented marketing and distribution integration. Aiming at problems in business expansion and installation reporting reconnaissance, the paper proposes to optimize reconnaissance with marketing and distri-bution integration result;it also expounds characters of marketing and distribution integration as well as busi-ness expansion reconnaissance differentiation. By applied in pilot project, effect of the method is verified.
