通过对反渗透系统运行参数的分析,得出反渗透系统出力下降的主要原因是由于源水中有机物和微生物含量偏高,导致反渗透膜受到污染,反渗透膜中有机物和微生物污堵致使一段压差增大。制定了清洗前杀菌、碱洗、酸洗,清洗后杀菌的清洗方案,选择非氧化性杀菌剂,通过清洗,恢复了反渗透膜的性能。

By analyzing operating parameters of reverse osmosis system, the paper concludes that the output decrease of reverse osmosis system is due to high concentration of organic substances and microbes in source water, resulting in pollution of reverse osmosis membrane; block due to organic and microbe pollution in re-verse osmosis membrane caused increased pressure difference of section one. A cleaning plan comprising sterilization before cleaning, alkaline cleaning, acid cleaning and the sterilization after cleaning is worked out, which chooses non-oxidizing bactericide and recovers performance of reverse osmosis membrane by cleaning.
