A brief introduction is given of the situation of advanced process control (APC) technology and model predictive control (MPC)technology.An analysis is made of the use conditions of boiler combustion multivariate integrated control optimizer for combustion system of circulating fluidized bed boiler and the control ideas of MPC technology for methanol rectification system.After using APC technology,production control pattern is optimized,production cost is lowered,and labor intensity of the operator is reduced,realizing the transformation from manual control to advanced process control technology.
