在工业装置中,耐硫变换催化剂用 N2+H2配 CS2进行循环硫化时会发生副反应,导致硫化气中出现 CO2,CO,COS 等产物。针对可能发生的副反应,计算其反应平衡常数,研究副产物的来源。研究结果显示,副产物主要是以 CS2为反应物的副反应所产生。

In industrial plants,side reaction occurs during circulating sulfuration being carried out with sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst using N2 +H2 with CS2 ,causing by-products of CO2 ,CO,COS to appear in sulfuration gas.In connection with possible side reaction occured,its reaction equilibrium constant is calculated,and the sources of by-product are studied.Research results show that the by-products are produced mainly by side reaction with CS2 as reactants.
