目的：探讨尤文肉瘤的临床病理学特征，避免误诊影响治疗。方法：分析1例36岁女性肺转移性尤文肉瘤患者临床表现、组织学特征和免疫表型特点，并复习相关文献，了解该肿瘤的病因、临床表现、鉴别诊断。结果：尤文肉瘤是一种比较少见的骨肿瘤，无特异性临床表现，本例患者主要发现肺部占位，曾有过尤文肉瘤病史，临床需要在肺原发的小细胞性恶性肿瘤与转移的尤文肉瘤进一步鉴定，最后病理结果为小细胞恶性肿瘤，结合病史及免疫组织化学染色结果符合骨尤文肉瘤肺转移。结论：尤文肉瘤发生肺转移者较为少见，易误诊为小细胞肺癌，应加强对尤文肉瘤的临床及病理学特征的认识并结合病史，避免或减少误诊误治。
목적：탐토우문육류적림상병이학특정，피면오진영향치료。방법：분석1례36세녀성폐전이성우문육류환자림상표현、조직학특정화면역표형특점，병복습상관문헌，료해해종류적병인、림상표현、감별진단。결과：우문육류시일충비교소견적골종류，무특이성림상표현，본례환자주요발현폐부점위，증유과우문육류병사，림상수요재폐원발적소세포성악성종류여전이적우문육류진일보감정，최후병리결과위소세포악성종류，결합병사급면역조직화학염색결과부합골우문육류폐전이。결론：우문육류발생폐전이자교위소견，역오진위소세포폐암，응가강대우문육류적림상급병이학특정적인식병결합병사，피면혹감소오진오치。
Objective: To explore the Ewing’s sarcoma characteristics of clinicopathology, so as to avoiding the misdiagnosis inlfuence treatment.Methods: hTe clinical data, histopathologic observation and immunohistochemical staining were studied in one case of pulmonary metastatic Ewing’s sarcoma, in order to explore their etiology, clinical manifestations and differential diagnosis combined with literatures.Results: Ewing’s sarcoma is a rare bone tumor without speciifc clinical features. hTis patient was mainly found lung placeholder, with history of Ewing’s sarcoma, and clinical doctors needed tell the difference between the lungs of primary small cell malignant tumor and metastasis Ewing’s sarcoma, the ifnal pathology results were the small cell malignant tumor, combining with the history and immunohistochemical staining results accord with bone Ewing’s sarcoma pulmonary metastasis. Conclusion:Ewing’s sarcoma pulmonary metastasis is a rare, easily misdiagnosed as small cell lung cancer, so we should strengthen the understanding of Ewing’s sarcoma clinical and pathological features with combining with the history, avoiding or reducing the errors.
