目的:探讨社区精神障碍诊断与公共安全风险评估软件对听幻觉的检测效果。方法对80例住院的重型精神障碍患者,应用社区精神障碍诊断与公共安全风险评估软件检测听幻觉,并与医生人工检查结果进行对比分析。结果本组患者计算机软件检测听幻觉检出率为81.25%,医生人工检出率为76.25%,两者比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.60,P >0.05)。本组精神分裂症患者中计算机软件检测听幻觉检出率为78.85%,心境障碍患者为29.41%,均以贬义评论性听幻觉最为突出。结论社区精神障碍诊断与公共安全风险评估软件对重型精神障碍患者的听幻觉检测结果与专科医生人工检查结果相近,可以作为社区和家庭辅助检查工具。

목적:탐토사구정신장애진단여공공안전풍험평고연건대은환각적검측효과。방법대80례주원적중형정신장애환자,응용사구정신장애진단여공공안전풍험평고연건검측은환각,병여의생인공검사결과진행대비분석。결과본조환자계산궤연건검측은환각검출솔위81.25%,의생인공검출솔위76.25%,량자비교차이무현저성(χ2=0.60,P >0.05)。본조정신분렬증환자중계산궤연건검측은환각검출솔위78.85%,심경장애환자위29.41%,균이폄의평론성은환각최위돌출。결론사구정신장애진단여공공안전풍험평고연건대중형정신장애환자적은환각검측결과여전과의생인공검사결과상근,가이작위사구화가정보조검사공구。
Objective Objective To explore the detection result of the Diagnosis and Public Safety Risk Assessment Software for Community Mental Disorders (DPSRASCMD ) in auditory hallucination . Methods Auditory hallucinations were detected with the DPSRASCMD in 80 hospitalized patients with severe mental illness and compared with doctor’s artificial examination results .Results The detection rate of auditory hallucination was 81 .25% with the DPSRASCMD and 76 .25% by doctors’ inspections ,which showed no significant differ‐ence (χ2 = 0 .60 ,P>0 .05) . The detection rate of auditory hallucination with the DPSRASCMD was 78 .85% in schizophrenics and 29 .41% in patients with mood disorders ,derogatory and arguing auditory hallucinations were the most outstanding .Conclusion The detection results of auditory hallucination with the DPSRASCMD in patients with severe illness are close to the results of doctors ’ artificial examinations and the DPSRASCMD could serve as community and family auxiliary examination tool .
