分析了当前智能变电站工程建设中信息模型存在的问题，提出了智能变电站智能电子设备(IED)能力描述(ICD)模型保护的数字签名方案。首先，研究了基于 CRC32校验码的模型文件文本保护方法；其次，研究了模型特征信息数字签名的保护方法，重点阐述了 ICD 模型特征信息定义、特征信息抽取及文本化处理、数字签名信息设计等内容；最后，研究了数字签名验证功能。开发了对应的系统功能软件，部署应用于智能变电站工程建设中。

The current problems with the information model in the proj ect of smart substation are analyzed,and the scheme of protection intelligent electronic device capability description (ICD) model file digital signature in a smart substation is put forward.Firstly,the protection method of model text file based on CRC32 code is researched.Secondly,the protection method of ICD model feature information based on the digital signature is researched.The ICD feature information model definition, feature information model extraction and text content processing,digital signature information design,etc are focused on. Finally,the function of digital signature verification is presented.The corresponding function software system is developed and successfully applied to smart substation construction proj ects.
