采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对单簧片的折叠过程进行了数值模拟分析,研究了单簧片正反向折叠过程中临界弯矩、稳态弯矩、最大应变能的变化规律,并利用临界弯矩、稳态弯矩、最大应变能等参数作为簧片驱动能力和抗干扰能力的参数指标,研究了截面圆心角和长度对单簧片驱动能力和抗干扰能力的影响。结果表明:随着截面圆心角的增加,簧片驱动能力和抗干扰能力都呈现增强趋势,随簧片长度的增加,其驱动能力和抗干扰能力会有所下降。该研究对于提高空间展开结构的运动精度以及可靠性具有一定的参考价值。
採用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS對單簧片的摺疊過程進行瞭數值模擬分析,研究瞭單簧片正反嚮摺疊過程中臨界彎矩、穩態彎矩、最大應變能的變化規律,併利用臨界彎矩、穩態彎矩、最大應變能等參數作為簧片驅動能力和抗榦擾能力的參數指標,研究瞭截麵圓心角和長度對單簧片驅動能力和抗榦擾能力的影響。結果錶明:隨著截麵圓心角的增加,簧片驅動能力和抗榦擾能力都呈現增彊趨勢,隨簧片長度的增加,其驅動能力和抗榦擾能力會有所下降。該研究對于提高空間展開結構的運動精度以及可靠性具有一定的參攷價值。

The bending process of the single tape spring was simulated based on ABAQUS software. The variations of critical moment, unfolding moment, and maximum strain energy in the bending process were investigated, and the effects of different radius angles of section and length on driving capability of the simple tape spring was studied by using these parameters. Results show that the driving capability and resisting disturbance capacity grow with the increase of radius angle of section in the bending process of the single tape spring. On the other hand, these capabilities decrease with increasing length of the single tape spring. The research has a certain reference value for improving the kinematic accuracy and reliability of deployable structures.
