随着我国社会主义市场经济的推进，医学科学快速发展。科技的日新月异与道德精神文明的滞后缓行所演化的矛盾也在不同的社会领域多元呈现，医患关系成了日益突出的社会问题。21世纪的医学人才不仅要有高深的专业知识，优秀的政治素质，良好的心理机制，还应具备深厚的人文素养才能使日渐突现的医患关系得以缓解。本文将从人文关怀、医患沟通、道德伦理等方面，浅谈当前医患关系的现状，并结合医学教育，让医学生树立以仁为本的理念，做到理解、尊重、关心患者，为构筑和谐的新型医患关系而立论张本。

Along with the development of the socialist market economy ,medical science developed rapidly .Science and technology changed in each passing day and the contradiction in the evolution of moral spirit civilization lag behind diversity in different social fields ,the doctor and patient relationship has become increasingly a prominent social problem .In the 21st century ,the cultivation of medical talents should be adapted to the demands of a new age ,accept the challenge of the new era ,modern medical practitioners should not only have profound professional knowledge ,comprehensive political quality ,good psychological mechanism ,but also have profound humanistic quality to make increasingly dash forward to ease the doctor and patient relationship .This article from the humanistic care ,doctor and patient communication ,ethics , etc .,discussed on the present situation of the doctor and patient relationship in current society ,and combined with the medical education ,built up the idea of people oriented ,understand and respect patients ,to build a adaption to the social and economic development and people's demand of harmonious doctor and patient relationship .
