针对现有通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)网络在可靠性和实时性方面受到交换机数量及性能限制,且存在广播风暴的问题,提出用以太网控制自动化技术(EtherCAT )替代现有GOOSE网络中的交换式以太网技术,并以某智能变电站220 kV GOOSE 网络为例,详细阐述了基于EtherCAT的GOOSE网络组网原理。在可靠性方面,运用生成树算法,计算和分析了两种不同技术背景下GOOSE网络的可靠度,分析结果验证了 EtherCAT 可以提高 GOOSE 网络的可靠性。实时性方面,采用 OPNET软件对基于交换式以太网技术的 GOOSE 网络进行建模和仿真分析,并搭建了基于EtherCAT的GOOSE网络实验平台,利用网络分析仪对其进行GOOSE报文传输时延测试,测试结果表明该网络能够满足IEC 61850标准的实时性要求。

In view of the situation where the quantity and performance of switches restrict the reliability and real-time of generic object-oriented substation event(GOOSE) network and may cause broadcast storm problem,it is proposed that the existing switched Ethernet technology in GOOSE network be replaced with Ethernet control automation technology (EtherCAT). Taking a typical 220 kV GOOSE network of smart substations as an example,the networking principle of GOOSE network based on EtherCAT is elaborated.In terms of reliability,the spanning tree algorithm is used to calculate and analyze the reliability of the GOOSE network in the background of two different technologies.The calculation results have verified that the EtherCAT network is able to improve the reliability of the GOOSE network.In terms of real-time,the software OPNET is used to model and simulate the GOOSE network based on switched Ethernet technology.And an experimental platform for the GOOSE network based on EtherCAT is developed to test the time-delay of GOOSE messages with a network analyzer.The test results show that the GOOSE network based on EtherCAT is able to meet the real-time requirements in the IEC 61850 standard.
