养老保险基金是制度的核心内容，养老金是百姓的养命钱。近些年来，我国养老金缺口问题引起了广泛的关注。养老金出现缺口是多种因素共同作用的产物，而退休年龄偏低是导致缺口的原因之一。论文详细分析了目前我国退休年龄政策存在的问题，基于基金收支平衡的视角阐述了延迟退休年龄应坚持的原则，设计了适合我国的退休年龄方案，并提出加大对老年劳动者的保护力度、提高人们的健康水平等配套措施。

The pension insurance fund is the core content of the basic old-age insurance system and the pension is people's life money. In recent years, China's pension gap problem has aroused widespread concerns. The pension gap is the result of many factors and the low retirement age is one of the reasons leading to the gap. The paper ana-lyses current China's retirement age policy problems in detail and from the perspective of fund balance, this paper expounds principles that we should adhere to when delaying retirement age and designs retirement age scheme which is suitable for China's reality. At last, the paper puts forward to increasing the protection efforts for older workers and improving people's health and other supporting measures.
