综述以经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(transurethral bladder tumor，TURBT)为主的保留膀胱的方法在肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤中的应用。以TURBT为主的保留膀胱的方法治疗浸润性膀胱肿瘤，目前主要有以下几种方法：TURBT、TURBT联合化疗、TURBT联合放疗、TURBT联合放疗及化疗，本文综述以上疗法的临床治疗进展。目前研究认为以TURBT为主的保留膀胱的方法治疗浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者时，关键在于病人的选择及密切随访。

To review the main TURBT method used for bladder preservation treating muscle invasive bladder cancer. hTere are some ways as follows for bladder preservation treating muscle invasive bladder cancer with the main TURBT method: TURBT alone, TURBT combined with chemotherapy, TURBT combined with radiotherapy, TURBT combined with trimodality therapy. Summarize the clinical progress of above clinical methods. When we apply the main TURBT method which is used for bladder preservation treating muscle invasive bladder cancer according to current research, it is vital to choose the appropriate patients and need to follow-up closely.
