By means of the quantitative analysis on the enterprise archives to use literature and doing up, it is concluded that the researchers to pay more attention to the use of security and confidentiality, and less concerned with open, publicity and the conclusion of the public. Expectations through change concept, to establish sharing idea, active participation and use of information technology and using the model of diversification, individuation to change the status quo of enterprise archives utilization.
