论文基于非期望产出DEA方法对我国1993年—2011年间的电力产业环境效率进行测算,结果显示电力产业环境效率呈现先降低后升高的V型走势,经济发展方式决定了电力产业环境效率变化。进一步,将可再生能源电力占比与电力产业环境效率进行比对,二者呈现着显著的正相关系,表明可再生能源电力开发对产业环境效率的提升起着至关重要的作用,可再生能源电力不仅降低了我国能源生产的对外依存度,也极大改善了电力产业的环境效率。

The problems of energy and environment are the most prominent issue that restrict the economic and social development of our country. This paper calculates the environmental efficiency of power industry in China in 1993-2011 based on the DEA method of unexpected output, the results show that the environmental efficiency of power industry first decreases and after the increase, which presents a trend of V. The economic development pattern de-termines the change of electric power industry environment efficiency. Further, we compare the proportion of re-newable energy power with the environmental efficiency of power industry. They show a significant positive correla-tion, which indicate renewable energy power plays a vital role to promote the environmental efficiency of power in-dustrial. Renewable energy power not only reduces the foreign-trade dependence of energy production in China, but also greatly improves the environment efficiency of electric power industry.
