通过技术改造,在 F-T 合成油装置净化工段氨制冷单元中,通过缓冲罐储存的方法收集净化工段的废氨并用于锅炉选择性非催化还原法脱硝系统,实现了资源的回收利用,有效降低了生产成本。废氨净化系统投运后,节省了还原剂费用并降低了电能消耗,锅炉烟囱尾气中 NOx 质量浓度月平均值比原工艺降低2.3~3.1 mg/m3,同时解决了废氨燃烧所带来的二次污染问题,经济和环保效益显著。
通過技術改造,在 F-T 閤成油裝置淨化工段氨製冷單元中,通過緩遲罐儲存的方法收集淨化工段的廢氨併用于鍋爐選擇性非催化還原法脫硝繫統,實現瞭資源的迴收利用,有效降低瞭生產成本。廢氨淨化繫統投運後,節省瞭還原劑費用併降低瞭電能消耗,鍋爐煙囪尾氣中 NOx 質量濃度月平均值比原工藝降低2.3~3.1 mg/m3,同時解決瞭廢氨燃燒所帶來的二次汙染問題,經濟和環保效益顯著。
통과기술개조,재 F-T 합성유장치정화공단안제랭단원중,통과완충관저존적방법수집정화공단적폐안병용우과로선택성비최화환원법탈초계통,실현료자원적회수이용,유효강저료생산성본。폐안정화계통투운후,절성료환원제비용병강저료전능소모,과로연창미기중 NOx 질량농도월평균치비원공예강저2.3~3.1 mg/m3,동시해결료폐안연소소대래적이차오염문제,경제화배보효익현저。
Through technological transformation,in ammonia refrigeration unit of purification section of F-T synthetic oil plant,by method of buffer tank storage,waste ammonia in purification section is recovered and used in boiler denitrification systems with process of selective non-catalytic reduction,realizing recycle of resources,reducing production cost effectively.After putting into operation of waste ammonia purification system,expense for reducing agent is saved and electric energy consumption is reduced,the monthly average of NOx mass concentration of boiler flue gas is 2.3 ~3.1 mg/m3 lower than that of original process,at the same time,the secondary pollution problem caused by burning waste ammonia is solved,significant economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
