氨罐系统事故冰机出现油泵进出口油压差低、出口压力下降及制冷效果差等异常现象,因带病运行最终导致事故冰机轴承损坏、转子严重磨损。结合事故冰机结构特性、控制原理及部件损坏情况,对其运行数据进行分析,发现事故冰机启动时滑阀开度不为零(启动时带41%负荷)、对入口侧滑动轴承产生过大的冲击力以及轴瓦油膜承载力下降,致使事故冰机入口侧滑动轴承损坏,进而导致转子及缸体局部磨损,造成异常现象的发生。对此,提出了相应防范措施以防止事故再次发生,并采取修复转子、更换轴承等措施,消除了机组故障,恢复了事故冰机性能。

The abnormal phenomena,such as low oil pressure differential at inlet and outlet of oil pump,pressure decrease at outlet ,poor cooling efficiency and so on,arise at the faulted refrigeration compressor for ammonia tank system,the operation of the faulted refrigeration compressor causes bearing failure and severe wear of rotor of the faulted refrigeration compressor.In connection with structural characteristics,control principle and damage situation of parts of the faulted refrigeration compressor,an analysis is carried out of the operation data.It is found that when faulted refrigeration compressor starts,the slide valve opening is not closed fully (starting with 41% load),this produces an excessive impact force on sliding bearing at inlet side and decreases the bearing capacity of bearing oil film,and causes damage of bearing at inlet side of the faulted refrigeration compressor,and leads to wear of rotor and part of cylinder,causing abnormal phenomena to happen.Relevant precautionary measures are proposed to prevent the accident from happening again,and measures including repairing of the rotor and replacing bearing are taken,the troubles of the units are eliminated,and the performance of the faulted refrigeration compressor is restored.
