The phenomena of water accumulated and frozen in outlet line of emergency oil pump of common oil system of ammonia synthesis unit are introduced,the causes are analyzed and relevant prevention and control measures are taken.After implementing control measures,such as draining away water regularly,filtering on a regular basis,adjustment and control of turbine shaft seal steam pressure,etc,hidden dangers are eliminated,and safe and stable operation of common oil system and unit is guaranteed.
