观察抗抑郁治疗对急性心肌梗死（AMI）行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后合并抑郁患者6个月后血清脂联素浓度的影响。对106例入选患者随机分为对照组（54例）和治疗组（52例），对照组采用冠心病二级预防治疗及心理干预，治疗组在对照组基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片（黛力新）；两组均治疗6个月，比较脂联素浓度、HAMD评分、6个月内心绞痛发生率、LVEF值等指标。结果，6个月后治疗组脂联素明显升高，HAMD评分明显改善，心绞痛发生率、LVEF值两组无明显差异。因此对PCI术后AM I合并抑郁患者使用抗抑郁治疗可提高血清脂联素浓度，缓解抑郁症状。
관찰항억욱치료대급성심기경사（AMI）행경피관상동맥개입치료（PCI）술후합병억욱환자6개월후혈청지련소농도적영향。대106례입선환자수궤분위대조조（54례）화치료조（52례），대조조채용관심병이급예방치료급심리간예，치료조재대조조기출상가용불고새둔미리곡신편（대력신）；량조균치료6개월，비교지련소농도、HAMD평분、6개월내심교통발생솔、LVEF치등지표。결과，6개월후치료조지련소명현승고，HAMD평분명현개선，심교통발생솔、LVEF치량조무명현차이。인차대PCI술후AM I합병억욱환자사용항억욱치료가제고혈청지련소농도，완해억욱증상。
To investigate the effect of antidepressant treatment on APN in patients with AMI and depression after PCI .106 patients with AMI and depression after PCI were randomly divided into two groups (54 cases in control group and 52 cases in therapy group) .These patients all received normal coronary heart disease (CHD) secondary prevention treatment and psychological intervention ,and the therapy group was treated with deanxit .All lasted for 6 months ,the level of APN , Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) ,the incidence of angina pectoris in the 6 months ,and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) value was compared between the two groups .In the therapy group ,the level of APN was significantly increased ,HAMD was significantly improved ,the incidence of angina pectoris and the value of LVEF were no significantly different between two groups .Antidepressant treatment for 6 months can increase the level of APN and relieve the symptom of depression .
