探讨两种化学发光免疫分析仪检测抗HCV抗体结果的一致性。将300例样本分成3组:200例强阳性、40例阴性、60例弱阳性。用两台仪器检测抗 HCV抗体。强阳性组和阴性组两台仪器检测结果的符合率是100%;弱阳性样本两台仪器检测结果的Kappa系数为0.406,中等程度一致;强阳性样本两台仪器检测结果在数值上是有差异的,相关系数 r=0.603,以雅培的检测结果(S/CO值)作为自变量X ,强生的检测结果(S/CO值)作为因变量Y ,建立回归方程为Y=1.311 X+11.943。强阳性和阴性的样本两台仪器的检测结果在诊断效能上是一致的,可以实现结果互认;强阳性样本两台仪器的检测结果可通过回归方程实现数值上的相互转化;弱阳性的样本两台仪器的检测结果存在差异,诊断效能不能互相通用。

To study the difference of hepatitis C virus antibodies reported by two different brands of chemiluminescence immune analyzer .300 cases were divided into 3 groups:200 strong positive cases ,40 negative cases ,60 weakly positive cases .Hepatitis C virus antibodies in the 300 serum were detected by the two instruments .The positive coincidence ratio of 200 strong positive cases and the negative coincidence ratio of 40 negative cases are 100% ;The coefficient of Kappa for the results of weakly positive cases is 0 .406 ,and the consistency is moderate;The results of 200 strong positive samples are different in values ,and the correlation coefficient is 0 .603 .Using results of Abbott (S/CO value) as the independent variable X ,Vitros's results (S/CO value) as the dependent variable Y ,regression equation is established:Y=1 .311X+11 .943 .Results of strong positive and negative samples detected by the two instruments are consistent on the diagnosis efficiency ,and they can achieve the mutual recognition .At the same time ,the numerical conversion for the results of strong positive samples can be achieved through the regression equation .There are differences in the results of weakly positive samples ,so the diagnosis efficiency can't be universal .
