膜生物反应器(MBR)是将污水的生物处理技术与膜分离技术相结合的高效废水生物处理工艺,可有效处理合成氨工业产生的高 NH3-N 含量的废水。MBR 投运后,出水 COD 含量<70 mg/L,NH3-N 含量可稳定在<25 mg/L,2套 MBR 系统的产水量均为150 m3/h,达到了设计要求。1年多的实际运行情况表明,该污水处理系统为企业的节能减排提供了可靠保障,但运行中也出现了一些问题,这些问题的有效解决对废水处理站的长期稳定运行至关重要。

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a high efficient wastewater biological treatment process which combines wastewater biological treatment technology and membrane separation technology,and can treat high ammonia-nitrogen content wastewater generated by synthetic ammonia industry effectively.After putting into operation of the MBR systems,COD content of effluent is less than 70 mg/L,ammonia-nitrogen content is stabilized less than 25 mg/L,water yield of each of the 2 MBR systems is 150 m3 /h,reaching the design requirements.The actual operation for more than one year shows that the wastewater treatment system provides a reliable guarantee for energy conservation and emission reduction of the enterprise,but some problems have appeared during operation,effectively solving these problems is crucial to long-term and stable running of the wastewater treatment station.
