总结了煤制天然气装置变换系统运行期间出现的主要问题,相应调整了硫化气工艺流程,优化了系统热负荷分配。针对变换系统无法维持自热平衡的问题,采用了多功能复合型耐硫甲烷化催化剂,利用甲烷化反应放出的热量,满足了变换系统自热平衡的要求。

The main problems in operation of coal-based synthetic natural gas (SNG)shift conversion plant are summarized,the process flow of sulfidation gas is adjusted correspondingly,and thermal load distribution of the system is optimized.In connection with the problem that shift conversion system cannot keep autothermal equilibrium,the multi-function compound sulfur tolerant methanation catalyst is adopted,utilizing heat generated in methanation reaction,the requirement of autothermal equilibrium of shift conversion is satisfied.
