【目的】明确农业专业化服务组织的运作模式及特点，有利于提高农业产业链各环节的运行效率，加快农业发展方式的转变，促进现代农业的发展。【方法】模糊综合评价法。【结果】崇州市农业专业化服务组织目前的总体运行效果较好，组织发展程度完善，不仅解决了规模化种植缺劳动、缺技术、缺管理的问题，推动了土地股份合作社的发展壮大，还促进了农业科技成果的推广应用，农民劳动力解放、成本节约、农户收益增加。【结论】应积极推广政府引导、专合组织和企业化运作相结合的运作模式。

Abstrzct:[Objective]To make clear the operation pattern and characteristics of agricultural spe-cialized service organization is conducive to improve the efficiency of the agricultural industrial chain of each link,to speed up the converting of agricultural development mode,and to promote the development of modern agriculture.[Method]Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.[Re-sults]The overall operation effect of Chongzhou agricultural specialized service organization is good,the organization is developing and perfecting,whichnot only solve the problem of labor, technology,and management in large-scale planting,promote the development of the land joint-stock cooperative,but also promote the application of agricultural technology,the liberation of agricultural labor,the reduction of cost,and the increase of farmers'income.[Conclusion]We should actively spread the mode of combination between professional corporative organizations and enterprises under the guidance of government.
