【目的】提高杏育种效率,缩短育种年限,为杏种子快速繁殖提供科学依据。【方法】以杏种子为试材,当年采收后进行播种,研究种子处理方式、生长调节剂以及消毒方式对杏种子萌发的影响,并测定种子萌发过程中淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量以及淀粉酶活性等生理指标的动态变化情况。【结果】结果表明:去除种皮、赤霉素处理和种子消毒均有利于杏种子当年萌发;萌发过程中种子淀粉含量下降,可溶性糖含量先增后降,α-淀粉酶活性与可溶性糖含量基本成反比。【结论】去除种皮杏种子通过80 mg/L 霉素和10%过氧化氢综合处理后,不需要经过常规层积作用,在采收当年就可以萌发成苗。

【목적】제고행육충효솔,축단육충년한,위행충자쾌속번식제공과학의거。【방법】이행충자위시재,당년채수후진행파충,연구충자처리방식、생장조절제이급소독방식대행충자맹발적영향,병측정충자맹발과정중정분함량、가용성당함량이급정분매활성등생리지표적동태변화정황。【결과】결과표명:거제충피、적매소처리화충자소독균유리우행충자당년맹발;맹발과정중충자정분함량하강,가용성당함량선증후강,α-정분매활성여가용성당함량기본성반비。【결론】거제충피행충자통과80 mg/L 매소화10%과양화경종합처리후,불수요경과상규층적작용,재채수당년취가이맹발성묘。
Abstrzct:[Objective]The objective of the study was to improve the breeding efficiency and short-en the breeding period,which may provide a scientific basis for apricot propagation rapidly.[Method]The influences of seed treatment,growth regulator and disinfection methods on apricot on seeds germination were investigated after the harvest.At the same time,the dynamic of starch content,soluble sugar content and amylase activity were measured during the process of seed ger-mination.[Results]The results showed that the removal of seed coat,GA3 treatment and seed disinfection were beneficial for the germination of apricot seeds.Over the process of seed germina-tion,the starch content decreased but soluble sugar content increased.α-amylase activity was in-versely proportional to soluble sugar content.[Conclusion]Stratification was not necessary for a-pricot seed germination.Apricot seed without coat can germinate through the treatments of 80 mg/L GA3 and 10% H2 O2 in the harvest year.
