长期以来临床医学一直奉行的是医生主导型医疗服务模式，在这个过程中绝大多数患者处于被动执行状态。相应的则用依从性这一专有名词来评估患者遵从、执行医嘱的程度。然而近年来医疗服务模式正在发生巨大的变化，正在由医生主导型服务模式转变为医患共同决策型服务模式，相应的依从性这一理念将逐渐被医患一致性取代。
長期以來臨床醫學一直奉行的是醫生主導型醫療服務模式，在這箇過程中絕大多數患者處于被動執行狀態。相應的則用依從性這一專有名詞來評估患者遵從、執行醫囑的程度。然而近年來醫療服務模式正在髮生巨大的變化，正在由醫生主導型服務模式轉變為醫患共同決策型服務模式，相應的依從性這一理唸將逐漸被醫患一緻性取代。

Doctor leading medical service model has been pursued in clinical pratice over a long period of time .During these courses ,most of the patients have been in passive condition ,according with this ,a special term of compliance has been used to evaluate the degree of following doctor's advice by patients .However ,recently the medical service model is experiencing tremendous change .Doctor leading medical service model is changing to the doctor and patient shared decision marking model .Correspondingly the term of the compliance will be replaced by the term of concordance .
