介绍了稀硝酸装置铂网的基本情况,分析了稀硝酸生产中铂耗高的主要原因,并提出相应的改造措施。改造措施实施后,稀硝酸装置开、停车次数明显减少,再未发生铂网的机械损伤事故;尤其是新型 DEC 铂网投入使用后,吨稀硝酸铂耗由125 mg 左右降至约74 mg,生产成本显著下降。
介紹瞭稀硝痠裝置鉑網的基本情況,分析瞭稀硝痠生產中鉑耗高的主要原因,併提齣相應的改造措施。改造措施實施後,稀硝痠裝置開、停車次數明顯減少,再未髮生鉑網的機械損傷事故;尤其是新型 DEC 鉑網投入使用後,噸稀硝痠鉑耗由125 mg 左右降至約74 mg,生產成本顯著下降。

The basic situation of platinum gauze in dilute nitric acid unit is introduced,the causes for high platinum consumption in production of dilute nitric acid are analyzed,and relevant renovation measures are proposed.After implementation of renovation measures,start-up and shutdown times of the dilute nitric acid unit are reduced remarkbale,and no mechanical damage accident of platinum gauze has happened ever since;especially after putting into operation of the new type DEC platinum gauze,platinum consumption per ton of dilute nitric acid decreases from approximate 125 mg to approximate 74 mg,lowering production cost significantly.
