针对原复合肥中有效镁测定过程中存在的操作步骤繁琐、所用试剂多、耗时长等问题,对测定方法进行了改进,即将试样提取方式由恒温振荡水浴改为超声波提取,并采用原子吸收法代替 EDTA 滴定法测定镁的含量。方法改进后,操作简单,快速准确。

In connection with problems in determination of available magnesium content in compound fertilizers,such as operation steps cumbersome,too many reagents used, and time consuming,the determination method is improved,i.e.,sample extracting method is changed from constant temperature shake bath to ultrasonic extraction,and the atomic absorption method is adopted to replace EDTA titration method in determination of magnesium content.After improvement of the method,the operation is simple,rapid and accurate.
