药学专业实习是药学专业本科生完成教育计划所规定培养目标的重要环节，既是课堂教学内容的延伸与拓展，也是学生就业的纽带和走出校门、走向社会的重要桥梁。基于就业模式多元化的发展趋势，单一“集中实习”的模式已不能适应当今社会的需要，本院探索了一条“多渠道、立体化”的实习模式，从健全管理制度、规范考核方式等方面提出与之相适应的专业实习质量监控体系，为培养社会需要的“厚基础、重实践、宽口径”的药学专业创新人才提供参考。

The practice of Pharmacy Specialty is one of the important aims for the undergraduate students to complete their education program.It is not only the extension of course teaching in class but also the crucial linkage for students to obtain employment and entering the society.Based on diversified develop-ment of employment,the simple and outdated mode of practice in one group and in one unit does not meet the demand for cultivating innovative students.So,a multi-channel,three-dimensional teaching practice system is explored,and a series of controlling and standardized assessment methods for improving the management of pharmacy practice is proposed.We wish this system could offer useful references for the cultivation of innovative pharmacy students to possess extensive and deep foundation and abundant prac-tice experience.
