过程性评价是新课程实践的基本要求，细胞培养技术是本校新开设的一门理实一体的项目化教学课程，在新课程的实施中，评价组织是重要的组成部分。如何在项目教学中以任务引领的方式，以典型人物任务设计教学任务，并根据行业发展需要和完成职业岗位实际工作任务所需要的知识、能力、素质要求，结合职业资格证书标准要求有效实施过程性评价，是本课程一直尝试探索的教学模式。介绍理实一体项目化教学中实施过程性考核方案的具体做法，对在实施过程中出现的几点问题做出总结。

As Process Evaluation is the basic requirement of the practice of new course,Culture Technolo-gy of Animal Cells is newly open to students in our school as a project teaching course in combination of theory and practice,during the Implementation of which the organization of evaluation plays an important part.Such teaching modes have been explored as how to design teaching targets with the lead of tasks in project teaching,according to the need of the development of the industry and knowledge,ability,quality required in the practical working positions.The specific practices of evaluation methods in Project Teach-ing of theory and practice and a summary of some problems appearing in the implementation process are the main focus.
