对微小固体颗粒在密相气力输送情况下进行试验,研究输送压力最高可达0.5 MPa的输送过程中,输送系统的罐压、背压和粉量调节阀的开度以及流化风量和载气流量分别对固气比的影响。结果表明:差压增大会导致固气比增大;粉量调节阀开度增大,有助于固气比提高;适当增大流化风量或载气流量可提高固气比,达到峰值后,固气比会随着流化风量或载气流量的增大而减小,固气比达到峰值时对应的流化风量、载气流量为最佳值。
對微小固體顆粒在密相氣力輸送情況下進行試驗,研究輸送壓力最高可達0.5 MPa的輸送過程中,輸送繫統的罐壓、揹壓和粉量調節閥的開度以及流化風量和載氣流量分彆對固氣比的影響。結果錶明:差壓增大會導緻固氣比增大;粉量調節閥開度增大,有助于固氣比提高;適噹增大流化風量或載氣流量可提高固氣比,達到峰值後,固氣比會隨著流化風量或載氣流量的增大而減小,固氣比達到峰值時對應的流化風量、載氣流量為最佳值。

Experiments of dense-phase pneumatic conveying of tiny solid granule with air were carried out in an experimental facility with the conveying pressure up to 0.5 MPa. The influences of the tank pressure, the back pressure, the opening degree of regulating valve, the fluidization air flow rate, the carrier gas flow rate on the solid-gas ratio were investigated. The test results indicate that with the increases in total conveying pressure drop or the opening degree of regulating valve, the solid-gas ratio increases, with the increases in fluidization air flow rate or the carrier gas flow rate, the solid-gas ratio increases at first and then declines. When the solid-gas ratio is max, the corresponding fluidization air flow rate or the carrier gas flow rate are the optimal.
