研制了一种带电修补输电线路断股架空地线的设备，并分析采用该设备进行带电修补输电线路断股架空地线的方法，所述设备包括用于卡住断股架空地线的线卡、用于操控所述线卡的安装装置、以及用于牵引所述线卡及安装装置的牵引器，采用的工器具外形结构简单、安装（拆卸）方便，无需工作人员登高至地线断股处进行工作，大大减轻了作业人员的劳动强度，增强了工作安全性。

The equipment of live repairing the abrupt bunch of elevated ground wire of transmission line is developed , and the using method of the outfit is provided , and the repairing method of using this equip-ment is analyzed .The equipment includes the wire clip used for cramping the abrupt bunch of elevated ground wire , the setter used for operating and controlling the wire clip and the drag tool used for pulling the wire clip and the setter .The structure of equipment is simple , and it is affording ease of operation . The workers don′t need to climb to the elevated ground wire for repairing the abrupt bunch .The labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced , and the work safety is enhanced .
