在马弗式铅淬火连续炉对碳素弹簧钢丝热处理过程中,加热段温度的均匀性直接决定钢丝热处理的合格与否。采用铠装热电偶以及无纸温度记录仪等仪器对东北某钢厂的马弗式铅淬火连续炉的不同截面进行了测温试验,试验结果表明:整个炉腔的温度均匀性不足;控制室内控温电偶的温度已经不能够准确反映炉膛内的实际温度,炉温控制反馈系统需要改进。
在馬弗式鉛淬火連續爐對碳素彈簧鋼絲熱處理過程中,加熱段溫度的均勻性直接決定鋼絲熱處理的閤格與否。採用鎧裝熱電偶以及無紙溫度記錄儀等儀器對東北某鋼廠的馬弗式鉛淬火連續爐的不同截麵進行瞭測溫試驗,試驗結果錶明:整箇爐腔的溫度均勻性不足;控製室內控溫電偶的溫度已經不能夠準確反映爐膛內的實際溫度,爐溫控製反饋繫統需要改進。

The most important factor in the heat treatment process of carbon spring steel wire which done in the muffle patenting continuous furnace is the furnace temperature homogeneity which depends on the properties of steel wire is ok or not. In this article the temperature measurement test on different cross sections of muffle patenting continuous furnace is done with sheathed thermocouple s and paperless temperature recorder. The results showed that the temperature homogeneity among the different cross sections is bad and the temperature error between control thermocouples which in the control room and measuring thermocouples which in the furnace is too big, the temperature control system must be improved.
